These are some of the words that colleagues and clients have used to describe me over the years. I like to think of it as standing at the intersection of strategy, creativity, customer insights and program execution. Over the last 15 years of my career, my integrated marketing expertise has tremendously evolved, along with the market needs.
I have been very fortunate to have held a variety of senior-level marketing and business development roles that focused on helping organizations determine their strategic path 3-5 years in the future. It could be a new market segment to leverage, a new service that customers highly value, creating profitable new sales channels, or a strategic partnership that elevates both brands.
More recently, my focus has shifted to digital arena specifically in the areas of content strategy and content marketing. This seems like a very natural extension of my skills. These particular marketing disciplines have really become an excellent area of opportunity for almost every organization, from Fortune 500 to Non-Profits. I am also a Google Certified Expert in AdWords and Google Analytics.
What I personally like about it is helping organizations more powerfully connect with their customers across every step of the customer journey. I find this type of customer-centric work very gratifying and I love being at the forefront of the rapid changes in the digital world. Literally every single day you learn something new…and more importantly, I also get to share something new.
